Physical health is important, but mental health is also important. I feel that they go hand in hand. You need to work on both to see continued success and be wholly healthy. I found this book recently and it’s AMAZING! Jamie Kern Lima writes in a way that is relatable and warm. I would strongly suggest everyone get a book and read it. It will be life changing!
I am working through my limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. We all have them and some days are better than others. Her book really help bring the positive, loving words that you need from a friend when it’s hard, to life when you need it. She also has a podcast, The Jamie Kern Lima Show, that is awesome as well. Keep pushing, keep working. You are making progress even when you can’t see it or feel it.
