I just read the book, “You Are A Badass Everyday”, By Jen Sincero and it was amazing! She has a way of writing that just hits you. One of the things she talks about in there are that if you have depression, that means you’re focused on the past. Maybe there are some mistakes that you keep worrying over. If you have anxiety, you are focused on the future and everything that can go wrong. I’ve read psychology and self help books before, but this time it actually sunk in. The last couple weeks I’ve been able to focus on the present in situations that usually caused me stress and anxiety because I was focusing on what I was doing and the next step. That’s it. Just the present thing and the next step. It has been incredible the change that I’ve seen in myself and my husband even mentioned it.

I highly recommend this book for anybody! It has made a difference already in my life with just that one things I was focusing on. There are many things that are in this book that can help you.
